As one of its endorsers, Ji Chang Wook attended the Grand Opening of Lotte Duty Free’s newest store at the Nội Bài International Airport in Hanoi, Vietnam on 26 July, 2019.
With his ever-present bodyguards at his side, Ji Chang Wook departs the Lotte Grand Hotel Hanoi on his way to the airport Grand Opening.
Of course, no event featuring Ji Chang Wook would be complete without his many fans patiently waiting for a glimpse of him.
Looking the epitome of cool in the humid Hanoi heat, Wook departs in style for the event!
Joining Ji Chang Wook at this event were fellow Lotte Duty Free endorsers Leeteuk and Eunhyun, two members of the mega-popular group Super Junior.
Also attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony was Vietnamese-Korean actress and singer Hari Won, along with many Viet dignitaries and Lotte Duty Free officials.
Although the Grand Opening event was a cordoned-off affair and not technically open to the public, visitors to Nội Bài International Airport that day couldn’t help but gawk at the spectacle unfolding in front of them.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony ended, all invited guests were taken on a tour of the new LDF store, where the four entertainers all autographed standing signs to memorialize the event.
Mid-day, a celebration luncheon was held back at the Lotte Hotel Hanoi for the attendees at the Grand Opening earlier in the day.

People were introduced, and speeches were given.
But before all the festivities took place, Wook sat for an interview with Vietnamese television channel VTV, to be aired over the weekend of 27-28 July.

Wow what a schedule. JCW looked great! The Vietnam fan club website showed the airport crowd and it was very crowded. I’m happy for him! Some of the comments were so funny…fans called themselves “his harem”.
