[Breaking] Will Ji Chang Wook become a superhero protecting the Korean Peninsula with Ma Dong Seok? “Twelve” discussed

Actor Ji Chang Wook has been offered a role in Ma Dong Seok’s next series, ‘Twelve,” and is discussing appearing in it.

According to OSEN’s coverage on the morning of 9 April, Ji Chang Wook recently received the script for the new series “Twelve” and is positively considering appearing in it.  If Ji Chang Wook confirms his appearance soon, he will appear in a fantasy superhero work for the first time in 16 years since his debut.   The hero genre is expected to be a new challenge, with the recent selection of crimes and actions such as “The Worst of Evil” and “Gangnam B-Side.”

“Twelve” depicts the struggle of heroes with various abilities and various charms to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits.  Last year, OSEN exclusively reported that Ma Dong-seok would appear as Tae-san, the leader of the superheroes.  Ji Chang Wook was also offered the role of one of the hero characters who protects the Korean Peninsula along with Tae-san.  The chemistry between the two actors, who will be working together for the first time in the drama, is also drawing attention.  Expectations for ‘Twelve” are growing even higher as hit actor Ji Chang Wook is also discussing appearing, following Ma Dong Seok, an actor who travels between Hollywood and Korea.

Currently, Ji Chang Wook is working tremendously hard, with his upcoming 4 series and 1 entertainment show.  In addition, he is constantly filling out his solid filmography, including reviewing “Twelve.”  Ji Chang Wook, who finished JTBC’s “Welcome to Samdalri” early this year, confirmed the release of the Disney+ original series “Gangnam B-Side,” and will also star in the TV series “Queen Woo,” the 35 billion blockbuster drama “Sculpture City,” and the movie “Revolver.”  Ji Chang Wook is also scheduled to appear in PD Kim Tae Ho‘s new entertainment show “My Name is Gabriel.”  Ji Chang Wook is showing off the aspect of an ‘actor with variety’ with his flawless and hard work.

Meanwhile, ‘Twelve” will be overseen by Gu Seong Mok, a veteran producer of the films “Pain,” “The Neighbors,” ‘The Phone,” ‘Metamorphosis,” “Project Wolf Hunting” and “Devils.”  Global OTT programming is currently being discussed for a release at the end of 2024.

  1. Sounds like a good role to stretch his acting skills further and gain a working relationship and synergy with Ma Dong Seok! The main factor is the writing and directing as I think its hard to do fantasy and make it look and work well. I trust his judgement though and it will be awesome if he decides to take the role.

  2. Fantastic! I hope he accepts. How does he film multiple projects at the same time? This makes up for the Baeksang fiasco.

  3. You would make a good superhero ,I love those type of movies,I hope you except the script,if you don’t there is plenty more,I am looking forward to your new movies .Your a man with many talents,I want to see all your talents, and your dreams come true🙂🙏🏻🌺
