[News] Ji Chang Wook arrives in Taiwan for Running Man (Updated)

After spending the earlier part of the day filming in Korea, our Man has finally arrived in Taiwan!

Here, we see him sitting in the Taiwan airport buggy with Running Man cast members Yoo Jae Suk and Ji Suk Jin, and fellow guest Skull.

[News] Ji Chang Wook to appear on Running Man (Updated)

Looks like fans’ wishes to see more of the elusive Ji Chang Wook on variety shows have finally come true!

Ji Chang Wook is set to appear as a guest on the popular SBS variety show “Running Man.”  He will be heading to Taiwan for filming from 11 to 12 August, and was already spotted filming this afternoon in and around Incheon with Lee Kwang Soo (a regular cast member on “Running Man”).

UPDATE:  Fellow cast members joining JCW for this episode are actors Lee Sung Jae and Song Eun Yi, and singers Ailee, Skull, Kim Tae Woo and Im Seulong (2AM).  The show has adopted an “amusement park” concept, with severe penalties awaiting the losers in Taiwan. Filming supposedly took place at Seoul Land earlier, and they might be heading to Leofoo Village Theme Park for filming in Taiwan. Tentative guest pairings that we know as of now are:

Teams A & B:  Kim Jong Kook, JCW, Lee Kwang Soo, Ailee and Gary
Teams C & D:  Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Sook Jin, Lee Sung Jae and Song Eun Yi
Teams D & E:  Haha, Skull, Song Ji Hyo and Im Seulong

[Breaking News] Ji Chang Wook drama role in “Healer” confirmed (updated)

As several news portals are reporting this afternoon, it looks like Ji Chang Wook has officially accepted the offered role in the KBS2 Monday-Tuesday drama “Healer” (working title).

Starring Yoo Ji Tae in his greatly-anticipated return to KDramaland, Changwook will take on the role of “Seo Jeong Hu,” a “mysterious errand boy/messenger character who leaves no traces behind.”  He dreams of living a life of luxury alone on a deserted island in the South Pacific, but grows up to become a zany reporter on the hunt for the truth to a past case.

[Eng Sub] “Empress Ki” Japan Special

In conjunction with the broadcast of the drama “Empress Ki” in Japan, an “Empress Ki” special was aired by the Japanese television station on 27 July 2014.

The full programme is an hour-long, but this is an edited version with all the unnecessary drama footages and emcee chit-chats deleted, leaving only the exclusive behind-the-scenes footages and main interview segments with the leads Ha Ji Won, Ji Chang Wook and Joo Jin Mo, the scriptwriters and the costume designers.
