The press conference for “Whirlwind Girl 2” was held the afternoon of 14 July at the Beijing Wanda Sofitel Hotel. The main and secondary cast members were all in attendance, along with director Cheng Zhi Chao (成志超), producers Zhang Yong (张勇) and Zhou Wen Jie (周文洁), and screenwriters Ming Xiao Xi (明晓溪) and Li Lei ( 李雷). Streamed live via several Chinese online platforms, the press conference itself did not actually begin until 3:30pm… and not without its usual share of technical glitches so common with live events. As previously reported, Ji Chang Wook was appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador to Government 3.0 (“Gov 3.0”), the Seoul Government’s initiative to bring specific government functions together in one convenient, easy-to-maneuver platform for its citizens. The Gov 3.0 exhibition is presently being held from 19 June through 22 June at the COEX Convention & Exhibition Centre in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and special events are scheduled throughout the exhibition.

On the afternoon of 18 June 2016, endorser Ji Chang Wook attended a Lonsdale fan sign held in Hangzhou, China, and 120 fans who entered Lonsdale’s lucky draw were able to attend the autograph session. Among the 120, the first 40 were even able to take photos with him! Enjoy some photos of the event after the cut.
